If you live in Brighton you will have no doubt bought tickets from this ticket office and also no doubt queued outside!

Yelo took part in a design competition to refurbish the ticket office, the telephone room and office space. We were interviewed alongside some serious competition from very large design practices and were delighted when we were selected as winners.

Having bought plenty of tickets here it was obvious it needed a major overhaul, it needed more space, more distance from the door to the counter, more counters and a much better browsing experience.

We designed a space that draws the customer in, that allows a good browsing experience in the quieter months but also the ability to serve huge volumes of tickets when the festivals are on.
